75% of the wine is fermented in 500 lt oak barrels and in stainless steel. Fermentation lasts for about a month in order to permit malolactic fermentation. The bottling is followed by a further refinement for a couple of month.
Characteristics
Straw yellow colour with gold reflections, intense and fruity bouquet with
delicate hints of peace and orange; warm, soft and elegant finish.
